Why are the pads no more given individual packaging

Previously when we used to buy the pads. Each individual pad used to have individual packaging thus making it easier to dispose off in an environmentally friendly way. However on this order they are not there. The product however is a solid 5/5. Wish you would bring back individual packaging like before making it easier to dispose once used.
