Plush Contest

Eligibility

  • All residents of India who are at least 18 years old on the contest start date are eligible to enter. A verified residential address, phone number, email address, Facebook Instagram, or Twitter account are required for eligibility.

  • Entry into this competition is completely voluntary.

  • No purchase is essential to enter the competition, and anyone can enter, even those who have never bought Plush products before.

  • The only requirement for entry into the contest is to submit your entry in the way outlined below. Plush will not charge any fees for contest participation.

  • SLIDE into our DMs with the contest reel & take a guess on what we’re launching next.

  • Follow & tag 3 friends in the comments. Make sure they follow us too. 

  • Brownie points if you share it in your story.

Contest Duration

  • The contest will run from October 11 until October 14 6PM IST, 2022.

  • Any entries received before the opening or after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.

  • After the contest has ended, one winner will be declared via Instagram.

  • The winner of this contest will be announced by 18th October. 

Judging

  • Competition entries shall be judged or winners selected on the basis of those criteria specified on our website and/or social media channels in relation to the competition.

  • If a competition entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.

  • Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The interpretation of the terms and the agreement itself, will be governed by the laws of the Tamil Nadu State and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India exclusively.

General Terms & Conditions

  • This contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions. Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Plush to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Plush to conduct further, similar or other contests in future.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Airbnb, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. 

  • Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information as stated in these terms and conditions, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number upon collection of the Prize will automatically disqualify the participant. Plush shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason

  • Multiple Facebook+Instagram+Twitter entries* on the contest post per person during the Contest Period will be entertained

  • Plush reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this contest, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability.

  • There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes, and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  • Plush shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this Competition, the redemption or use of the Prizes.

  • To the extent only permitted by applicable law, Plush reserves the right to use the winner’s image, photograph, name and likeness in post-promotion publicity material and in advertising, marketing or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the products/services of Plush without additional compensation or prior notice to the winner and all participants consent to the same.

  • Entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions by entering the Contest. 

  • One Winner of the contest will be selected on the basis of a lucky draw of the answer entries that fulfil the eligibility criteria.

  • The Winner will be eligible for a 1 Night Airbnb stay. The prize does not include travel or meal costs but only accommodation costs. Plush holds the right to decide the location of the stay.  All mentioned arrangements will be made by Plush after receiving the necessary details from the winner. Any additional expenses incurred by the winner during the trip will not be paid by Plush.

To claim the prize

  • The winner needs to submit all the details as per the requirements of Plush and within the stipulated time frames in order to claim the prize.

  • The winner will be notified by Facebook/Instagram/Twitter comment/message via Plush’s official Instagram/Facebook/Twitter accounts.
